3. Audio Recording and Processing
When you use our services, we process your audio recordings to provide feedback:
- Temporary Storage: Recordings are briefly stored on your device during processing, then automatically deleted. On Android, a single recording may persist in protected app storage (not accessible to any other app) until uninstall.
- Third-Party Analysis: Audio may be sent to third-parties for scoring. Audio thus sent is processed in real-time in memory only and deleted immediately after analysis - no audio is stored on servers.
- What We Keep: Only your numerical scores and assessment results are saved to track your progress. We never store the actual audio recordings.
Audio processing may occur on servers that may be located outside your country. By using our pronunciation features, you consent to this temporary processing.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your stored assessment data at any time by contacting us via the the email link in the footer of this website. Audio recordings cannot be retrieved as they are not permanently stored.
4. Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously:

For security purposes, we retain a device identifier associated with your account following deletion. This identifier contains no personal information and is used solely to prevent abuse of our free trial system. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than account security. Purchase history may be retained for financial compliance purposes but contains no personal information.
To completely remove all app data from your device, uninstall the app after requesting account deletion.
